Artifact Candle Foundry® Refund/Exchange Policy:

We exchange any merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of purchase along with a copy of your original invoice. You have two options to exchange your merchandise:

1 – List the items you want to exchange on your invoice and send the items back to:

or

2 – Exchange the items in person at the Artifact Candle Foundry® store.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the exchange is processed. 

If there is a quality issue with your merchandise please give us a call at 407-885-9440 or email us discover@artifactcandlefoundry.com before shipping the item back to us.
